By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the account features. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ramanathapuram district, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, that submits false listings, or that abuses the service. Where we do so, we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Listings on this website are invitations to enquire, not offers capable of acceptance. Prices, availability and specifications are indicative and may change. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding agreement to sell land or goods — a sale is concluded only through a separate written agreement and registration as required by law.

We publish approval and RERA numbers where we hold them. You should independently verify title, approvals and encumbrances before purchasing, and we encourage you to do so.

When you submit a property, you confirm that:

• you own it, or are lawfully authorised to sell it on the owner’s behalf;
• the details and documents you provide are true and complete;
• you will tell us promptly if the position changes.

Submitting a property does not publish it. Our team verifies the documents first, and we may decline to list a property, ask for more information, or remove a listing at any time. Knowingly listing a property you do not own is fraud, and we will report it.

A quotation we send is valid until the date stated on it, and is subject to stock availability at the time you accept. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and GST is charged at the rate applicable on the date of supply. Accepting a quotation on this website indicates your intention to proceed; it does not by itself create a contract of sale.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• upload malicious files, or attempt to bypass our security or access controls;
• access another person’s account, data or documents;
• automate bulk submissions, scrape the website, or overload the service;
• use the website for any unlawful purpose.

You keep ownership of the text, photographs and documents you upload. You grant us permission to use them for the purpose you submitted them — verifying and marketing your property — and you confirm you have the right to give us that permission.

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on indicative listing information that you have not independently verified.
